The reservoirchicks mountain bike club grew from the Reservoir Goats mountain bike club to give female riders the chance to enjoy mountain biking. We meet up three times a week for rides at Aspley Woods; Sundays starting off at 9 a.m. from the Bow Brickhill monument, Wednesday evenings to session "The Playground", Woburn Sands and Thursday evenings for an XC loop. The aim of the club is to encourage participation in mountain biking, help riders improve their skills, organise mountain biking trips and most of all have fun mountain biking. Riders of all abilities are welcome and mountain bike training is available for those who are looking for more confidence or developing their technical skills in off-road mountain biking. Our mountain bike courses are held at Aspley Woods, Woburn Sands and will give you all the knowledge and experience you need to get you riding in all terrains and conditions; whether you are training for an adventure race, trying off-road cycling for the first time or simply want lessons to improve your technical skills we can help. We have beginner mountain bike courses for riders new to mountain biking who want to get their basic technical skills; intermediate courses for riders who want mountain bike training to get them riding more difficult obstacles and at a faster pace; and advanced mountain bike courses for those who want to take their riding to the highest level. 2010 takes the chicks to...
